EGATEL will present in Las Vegas its High Efficiency TV Transmitters latest developments and the new ‘smart LNB’.
Highlights: the TLWH7900 Transmitters Series includes a liquid cooled 2U 19” amplifier that increases the output power up to 17kWrms per rack and the smart LNB 2.5 with reduced size and costs.
Egatel back to NAB show which will take place from 24 to 27 April in Las Vegas Convention Center of US, where you can visit us at SU9810 booth.
In this edition will be present the TLWH7900 Series, evolution of the first Liquid Cooling Wideband High Efficiency Transmitters, which introduces a 2U 19 “amplifier as main innovation so up to 8.8 kWrms transmitters with the integrated cooling system in the same rack can be supplied.
This year, the event will have a novelty for our clients and visitors, they can to know the new transmitters series in virtual reality with 3D glasses, viewing a complete example of transmitter with 5 amplifiers, Dual Drive Exciter and integrated cooling system in great detail.
In medium power will showcase the new TUWH3000 Series which reaches up to 300 Wrms output power in only 3RU; with high performance amplifiers with external fans and redundant power supplies, they provide an excellent reliability, flexibility and quality of service.
Low power continues covered by the current TUWH1000 and RUWH1000 compact families which reach output powers up to 125 Wrms in a single rack unit. Ready to support all digital standards (DVB-T/T2, ATSC (3.0 ready), ISDB-Tb), have been especially developed for filling in coverage gaps in challenging and critical space saving situations. A built-in advanced Digital Adaptive Precorrection system makes it possible to automatically deliver the optimal over-the-air signal and a powerful multistandard Echo Canceller, in SFN Gapfillers case.
In SatCOM area it will be shown the last generation of ‘Smart LNB’, a terminal developed for the satellite operator Eutelsat. This new satellite transmitter/receiver stands out for its simplified design, light weight and reduced size (1/3 of initial weight). It is optimized to offer satellite TV connected services such as: HbbTV, social networking, payment transactions, subscription-based management and on-demand services, etc; Besides TV connected services, the ‘smart LNB’ supports multiple Machine to Machine (M2M) applications: e-Health, smart Homes, Smart Metering, etc.
